复活节期间，好几间教会都准备举行医治布道大会。在主耶稣所行的35个神迹中，多数是与治病有关系，一方面是应验旧约的预言，证明他是上帝所安排唯一的救主，得到赦罪之恩，一方面主耶稣是肉体的大医生。他要减轻人在疾病中的痛苦。马太福音8：7节要应验先知以赛亚的话说：「他代替我们的软弱，担当我们的疾病。」忧患、痛苦与疾病不能分开（赛53：4）。使徒彼得也曾引述以赛亚的话说：「因他受的鞭伤，我们便得医治」（赛53：5；彼前2：24）。
要得医治最重要必先得赦罪，人的身体是圣灵所住的殿，圣洁是需要的（林前6：19～20）。
主耶稣把治病的能力赐给12个门徒（太10：1），后来差遣70个门徒也给他们权柄治病。祈求上帝恩待「信望爱聚会」的信徒，引人归主得赦罪，在病痛上也得医治，达到全人健康的目标。

Dear fellow believers and friends
Peace!
During Easter period, a number of churches have the “Healing Evangelistic Meeting”. In the 35 miracles that the Lord Jesus performed, most are related to the sick; this is to reiterate the prophecy of the Old Testament that He is the only Savior God has sent to redeem the sin of the world. It also revealed that He is also the Great Physician. He wanted to lessen the suffering of the world. Matthew 8:7 revealed the truth said by Prophet Isaiah, “He took our transgression, bore our sickness” Hardship, suffering and sickness are inseparable (Isaiah 53:4). Simon Peter described what Isaiah said “He was whipped so we could be healed.” (Isaiah 53:5; 1 Peter 2:24).
The most important aspect of healing is the remission of sin for the body is the temple of God. It is therefore necessary for us to be holy (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
The Lord Jesus gave the 12 disciples the authority to heal (Matthew 10:1), thereafter to 70 others disciples for them to heal. It is my prayer to God that the worshippers of Faith, Hope and Love Service are able to bring other to the Lord so that their sins may be forgiven and in sickness, be healed so as to become a “complete person”.
This Sunday, 5 April 2009 at 6.00 pm we will be having our Communion Sunday. Let us come before the Lord table in remembrance of Him. Attached herewith is a registration form for the forthcoming retreat. Please complete it and return to us. Our target is 100 participants. Next week we will distribute the walkathon card. May the Lord use you mightily.
