主内列位同道及朋友们平安：
过去三个月来，韩国的两位女明星及一位男歌星都相继自缢殉命，报纸的报导是患了忧抑与恐惧症。产生日日生活在痛苦中。上周早报也刊登今年来许多人有精神衰弱病，生理与心理功能严重失调，明显的现象如下：
1) 注意力无法集中，真实感消失；
2) 对现实的认识变差；
3) 产生幻觉，自身会感觉到看到东西或听见声音；
4) 怀疑有人要陷害他或给他麻烦；
5) 思想混乱，散漫，缺乏组织力，做事失去连贯性，不肯参与有意义的沟通；
6) 敏感性极强，自我与外界的界限分不清，会感觉到外界的人与媒介都在谈论他；
7) 对思考、行动、自我照顾的能力退化或呈现幼稚,害怕与人接触,想法躲避或退缩；
8) 情绪起伏不定，坐立不安，有高潮及低潮的状况，决定了勤奋或懒惰的现象，也影响了兴趣与活动的表现。
我进行探访时听到了家庭失和的现象，存在彼此间的紧张关系，这种情形会使人心灵上闷闷不乐。教会当藉着主的话帮助他们，建立坚定的信仰，活出彼此能接纳的生活，只有主的道才能给他们新生命，在心灵与身体上得到医治。（箴四：），我们时刻都欢迎他们参加拜一晚6.30-9.00pm的保健班，让来的人都在基督里成为新造的人，力求日日更新而变化，在主耶稣里得平安，也享受平安（太十一：28－29）。

Dear fellow believers and friends
Peace to you.
The last three months saw two Korean actresses and one actor committed suicide. Newspaper reported that their death was caused by fear and depression which led to anxiety in their daily lives. Last week newspaper also reported that the mental health of many is deteriorating, a serious imbalance of the physiological and psychological functions which can be seen as follows:
1) unable to concentrate, not able to differentiate what is realistic;
2) the awareness of reality deteriorate;
3) hallucinations, seeing things or hear voices;
4) suspicious of people trying to frame him or give him any trouble;
5) confusion, lethargy, lack of organization, have lost their coherence, refused to engage in meaningful communication;
6) highly sensitive, unable to differentiate the internal and external factors always suspicious that others or the media are talking about him;
7) Reasoning, physical movement, self-care ability degraded or becoming childish, fear of contact with others or retreat to isolation;
8) fluctuating mood, restlessness, there is high tide and low tide conditions, which will also affect their performance.
I have been visited the home of the estranged situation, the existence of tensions between them, this will have an impact on their spirituality. The church ought to use the words of God to encourage and affirm their faith; to live and accept each other. Only the Words of God is able to give them a new lease of lives, a cure to the spiritual and physical health (Proverbs 4). We will always welcome them to attend our Monday’s night fellowship from 6.30-9.00pm, so that those who came are able to experience a new lease of lives; being renewed everyday and experiencing the peace of Christ (Matthew 11:28-29).
This Sunday at 18:00hours, Rev Gan Hock Cheng and members from “New salvation Fellowship” will share God’s words with us. Please invite people to attend the gathering.
