3) 周年感恩
今日是本教会善用万民堂聚会地点一周年, 我们为此感恩，感谢万民堂廖启发主任牧师莅会证道，我们欢迎他。
4) 虔守圣餐
下主日是09年下半年第一次虔守圣餐纪念主，请预备心到主桌前向主感恩。
5) 全家归主
请将领人归主负担放在心中，特别是自己的家庭成员，圣经说 :「传福音是不得已的,若不传福音, 我便有祸了.」（林前9:16）请在五周年感恩聚会时把自己献给主, 并领人一同敬拜主。 感恩日期：11－10－09下午 6.00pm

一年来每周一举行的保健班将告一段落，七月起恢复回到在信徒家里举行小组会集。昨日有三位举行圣洗礼，信息中鼓励会众关心小组之成长，同时也参与事奉的行列，特别用马太福音25：14～30节劝勉信徒当带着良善与忠心完成主所托付的事工，四种的态度中应该是效法领五千及二千的仆人得到主人的赞赏，请留意列在下面的四点：
1. 没有忠心又没有良善～～领一千的仆人，在工作上没有忠心，对待人又没有良善，主责备这种人是「又恶又懒的仆人」。
2. 有良善没有忠心～～这种人是用人情做事，很迎合人的意思，讨人的欢喜，重点在於为人工作，把真理及属灵的行动置於一边，外表装得成功，但里面却空虚。
3. 有忠心而没有良善～～工作没有问题，肯追求、很勤劳、但内心有问题、抬高自己、分门结党、缺少爱心、没有同情心、常常会伤害人、闹意见。
4. 有忠心又有良善～～把教会当做自己的家，对主的工作有忠心，对人有爱心、亲爱和睦、细心牧养、肯付代价、并且为人作牺牲，这种仆人是主所喜悦的仆人，将来交账时有赏赐，主的名得了荣耀。

Dear fellow believers and friends
Peace!. Every Monday for the past one year, we focused on healthy lifestyle. This has come to an end. From July onwards, we will resume cell groups at believers’ home. Yesterday saw the baptism of three candidates, my sermon encourage the congregation to care for the growth of cell groups ad at the same time to participate and serve in the cell groups. The passage used was from Matthew 25:14-30 to advise believers ought to be good and loyal to accomplish the work God has entrusted them. Of the four attitudes, we should imitate the servants with 5 and 2 talents which received their rewards from their master. Please pay attention to the 4 points below:
1. Neither good nor loyal – the parable of the one with one talent, he was not loyal in his work and was unkind to others, the Lord reprimanded such person as “wicked and lazy servant”.
2. Good but not loyal – attitude is towards human feeling and comply with human’s perspectives just to please others. The focus is on human tasks. Truth and spiritual aspects have been neglected, outwardly seemed very successful but inwardly its emptiness.
3. Loyal but unkind – No problem with their work, the desire to pursue and hardworking, but there is problem with the inner being, has high self esteem, conflicts, lack of love and no sympathy for others, always hurt others and argue over opinions.
4. Loyal and good – Treat the church as their own homes, loyal to the Lord’s work, love for others, loving and harmonise, attentive shepherding, willing to pay a price and willing to sacrifice for others. This type of servant is God most pleased with. In eternity they will receive their rewards for God’s name has been glorified.
It is my hope than by the 5th Anniversary will serve and glorify God with righteous people. The thanksgiving is scheduled to be on the 11 October at 6.00 pm.
This Sunday (28th) would be our first anniversary worshipping at the Peoples Presbyterian Church. Our heartfelt thank to the members of the Peoples Presbyterian Church for their love and also to the Senior Pastor, Rev Phillip Leow for sharing this Sunday’s sermon. May the Lord use him mightily. Please attend.

一周前的进修会主题定为「小组与教会增长」。六月十四日周刊刊登「小组的精神」,内容如下：
小组的精神（来十：24）
小组的精神胜过一切技巧
小组的精神胜过一切困难
三点说明：
1)「顺服主是小组最重要的精神.」
当将所学习一切的教训实行出来.
2) 归纳为二项:第一尽心尽力的爱神,
第二是当爱人如己。
3) 活出门徒的生活，在日常生活中
彼此相顾，激发善行
今日继续分享小组的功用
帮助组员灵命长进。使组员赏到相交的温暖。
使组员经历神的爱。提供服事的机会。
加强基础操练。不断训练属灵领袖。
增进团契连系力。团契拓展速度增加。
有效地栽培决志者。照顾到契友个别的需要。
生活见证活泼有力。
盼望教会有小组之外，还需要设立其他团契，诸如青年团契，成年团契，青成团契，青松团契,还有关怀中国移民事工等。
教会的七人振兴小组，再加上各团契的二位负责人，在主日崇拜及小组之外，安排一些更灵活的聚会，引领亲友参加，同得属灵的福气，过一个更美满的家庭生活。

Dear fellow believers and friends
The theme for last week retreat was “Cell Groups and Church growth”. In the bulletin on 14 June 2009, the Cell Group Discussion was on:
The Spirit of Cell Group (Hebrew 10:24)
The Spirit of Cell Group superseded all skills
The Spirit of Cell Group superseded all problems.
3 pointers to note are:
1) Obedient to the Lord is the spirit of Cell group – To display all that was learned to actions.
2) 2 aspects – 1) Love the Lord with your heart and soul; 2) Love your neighbours as self.
3) In your daily life, to live out as disciple of Christ, continued to care and do good.
Today, I will continue to focus of Cell Groups:
To help in members to grow spiritually, to experience the closeness of fellowship
To help members to experience God, an opportunity to serve
Established fundamental teaching, to build up spiritual leaders
Promote fellowship thus increase in numbers
Effective trained and also to look into members needs
A strong and lively testimony.
I hope that there will be cell groups, and other fellowships such as Youth Fellowship, Adult and Young Adult fellowship and Chinese Immigration Fellowship.
The seven members of the church and members of cell groups will arrange activities so as to invite friends and relatives to participate and receive the blessing and have a blissful family.
This Sunday will be Baptism and Communion Sunday.

耶稣的母亲马利亚
以利沙伯受圣灵充满高声称赞马利亚
1. 你在妇女中是有福的，
2. 你所怀的胎，也是有福的。
3. 我主的母到我这里来，这是从那里得的呢？
4. 我腹里的胎就欢喜跳动。」（路1：42，44）
马利亚一一数算主恩
1. 他顾念他使女的卑微，
2. 那有权能的为我成就大事，
3. 他怜悯敬畏他的人，
4. 为要纪念亚伯拉罕和他的后裔; 他施怜悯直到永远（路1:48-55）。
人的天性
喜欢人的称赞
付代价
马利亚说：
「我是主的使女、情愿照祢的话成就成就在我身上」
马利亚的生命随时会被处死的环境下
“情愿”
「我是神的使女，情愿照祢的话成就在我身上。」
意思是说，我是属乎主的人，情愿照祢的话成就在我身上。
当马利亚说了这话，天使就回去了，因为天使已做成神所托付的任务。
马利亚已经情愿了。

耶稣的母亲马利亚
以利沙伯受圣灵充满高声称赞马利亚
1. 你在妇女中是有福的，
2. 你所怀的胎，也是有福的。
3. 我主的母到我这里来，这是从那里得的呢？
4. 我腹里的胎就欢喜跳动。」（路1：42，44）
马利亚一一数算主恩
1. 他顾念他使女的卑微，
2. 那有权能的为我成就大事，
3. 他怜悯敬畏他的人，
4. 为要纪念亚伯拉罕和他的后裔; 他施怜悯直到永远（路1:48-55）。
人的天性
喜欢人的称赞
付代价
马利亚说：
「我是主的使女、情愿照祢的话成就成就在我身上」
马利亚的生命随时会被处死的环境下
“情愿”
「我是神的使女，情愿照祢的话成就在我身上。」
意思是说，我是属乎主的人，情愿照祢的话成就在我身上。
当马利亚说了这话，天使就回去了，因为天使已做成神所托付的任务。
马利亚已经情愿了。
盲目
马利亚讲了这话以后，马上就怀孕了，你说这种情愿是盲目的吗？
是盲从吗？
是盲信吗？
我巴不得你和我有这个
“盲点”
完全无条件的投降在神的话语上，其实不是盲，乃是“真知灼见”
「相信这位独一不死，住在人不能靠近的光里的真神」（提前6：16
以马利亚一情愿，神迹就形成在她身上
今天我们每个基督徒都学像马利亚
神的话一临到你，你接受圣灵就进到你里面
属灵的生命就一天一天慢慢成长
像马利亚所说的：我心尊主为大
我把主放第一
处处尊主为大
事事以神为乐
不管生命上有任何遭遇，
都不能改变我。
神奇妙奥秘的安排
神拣选路加医生写出路加福音，特别把童女生子的经过，
路加医生对生理学的知识非常丰富，但他一点不怀疑，就事论事
今天你我身上如果没有神迹出现，乃是你的信心太小，
你若有马利亚的情愿，凡事信靠顺服
神迹就在你身上显出来 疾病得到医治
难处得到解决 忧伤得到安慰
重担得到解脱。
神就在你身上动工

欢迎今天参加聚会的亲友们及主内弟 兄姐妹.愿上帝赐平安与喜乐给你们。（新朋友请填写来宾回应表,并注明愿受访日期）
2) 全年主题
2009年之全年主题取自希伯来书十:24之经文，定题:「爱心的施展」.请把爱心带入行动。 约十五：10「你们若遵守我的命令、就常在我的爱里。」
3) 三天进修
三天的时间共45人在上帝的面前敬拜他，亲近他,求告他。上帝预备了三位忠心的仆人勉励听众，分享小组所带给教会的祝福。彼此认识,彼此建造,同心服事及一同喜乐是小组的内容, 目标是兴旺福音，建立教会。
4) 施洗主日
下主日（6月21日）父亲节主日请将父亲带来聚会，该日将要举行施洗圣礼，请为许亚月（女）, 叶宗源（男），骆海伦（女）及何池莲（女），领受圣洗礼代祷，聚会时也将一同虔守圣餐纪念主。
5) 明晚聚会
明晚六时一刻圣经操暂停一次。七时半参加进修会信徒将从心中带出信息，彼此勉励，也对明年的进修会提出建议，盼望能做得更好，相信有一年的准备，在财务上必更充足，属灵内容更丰富。
6) 二位同工
儿童及圣乐事工是教会所需要的，若有专职同工带领必对教会带来祝福。七月起周小曼女士要教导会众如何发声歌唱，请预备心参与，也在祷告中纪念。
7) CD布道
风水与婚姻讲座之CD内容能将祝福带给其他的人, 一套三个10元,另有一套是藉着购买者赠送亲友.此举可解决教会五月布道会的财物平衡。
8) 爱心奉献
欢迎奉献讯息及印刷费,每期廿元.上主日是进修会故第一主日奉献信封在今日分发，请支持。

After four months of busyness, I am able to have a breather today. The past events were:
21 – 22 February 2009 Feng Shui Outreach
9 May 2009 Walkathon
23-24 May 2009 Musical and Testimony Outreach
6-8 June 2009 Retreat
Enclosed herewith, for your reading pleasure, the sermon outline of “the 5 pointers of a church” which was shared during the retreat.
This Sunday service will be held at the Peoples Presbyterian Church. Elder Esther Tan will deliver the sermon. Service will end at 7.30pm, From 8 pm to 8.50 pm, Ms Zhou Xiaoman will teach the technique of singing. Everyone is encouraged to attend. It is free.
21 June at 6.00pm we will witness the baptism of sister Helen Luo, Brother Bernard Yap, Sister Ho Lian Ti, Koh Ah Guat and thereafter to partake in the Holy Communion.
