主内列位同道及朋友们平安：
昨日聆听主道，讲题是「思想与静默」。到讲道时间要结束时，心中得了希伯来书12:1～3节的启示。上帝知道我们当前生命的长度，上帝要我们渡过这漫长的旅途中时，避免疲倦灰心，常会停下来安静祷告，思想主耶稣他可帮助我们照上帝的意思更美满去完成摆在前面的赛程。让我们思想两件事：
1) 思想主耶稣所受的羞辱～～主耶稣在世能轻看羞辱，乃看见将来的喜乐和荣耀。
2) 思想主耶稣忍受十字架的苦难～～就是主耶稣的忍受, 这是取得完全得胜利的原因.信徒理应仰望主耶稣的怜悯和恩典作我们行走十字架道路的目标。
3) 思想坐在上帝宝座右边的耶稣～～耶稣基督已经得胜魔鬼并被上帝高举，进入天上的圣所作我们的大祭司，又是代祷最有效的中保；他能拯救，保守及引导我们走在属灵的路上，预备将来在荣耀中与他同坐（启3：21～22）。我们祈求祷告主必得怜悯,蒙恩惠,作随时的帮助（来4：14～16）.

Dear fellow believers and friends
Peace!
As I listened to yesterday sermon on “Thoughts and Stillness”, I received the revelation from Hebrew 12:1-3. God is aware of the life span of our journey in this world. He is aware that in this long and slow journey, we get tired and discouraged along the way. He therefore requires us to be still and in stillness to pray, mediate how the Lord Jesus Christ can assist us to complete the journey according to the will of God. Lets us now ponder on three aspects:
1) The humiliation of Jesus Christ – Jesus was able to bear the humiliation while on earth was because He could see the joy and glory of the future.
2) The suffering on the cross – because He bore the suffering, this attributed to His perfectness and victory, believers can therefore rely on His compassion and grace to complete their journey.
3) Jesus sitting on the right hand of God – God lifted Him up on His victory over the evil one and became our High Priest, the most effective Intercessor; He is able to save, preserve and lead us in the spiritual walk, preparing believer to be rulers with Him in glory (Revelation 3:21-22). When believers prayed, the Lord shows compassion, blesses and become a helper in time of needs (Hebrew 4: 14-16).
Please participate in the weekly cell group. Do invite one friend to come on Sunday to worship God, to be in glory anticipating of the second coming of Christ. Do participate in the National Day well wishes to be published in the August. Each person is $10.00.
